The problems of costing and pricing of paid educational services in Higher Education in terms of transition to standard government financing

The costing and subsequent pricing of educational services have always been among the key problems of the university management. Due to the increasing meaning of higher education system for the national economy and radical transformations provided by the Department of education and science universities pricing approach ought to be changed. Within the frameworks of this article the author examines some problems which are common for existing pricing methods and the method of standard calculation introduced by the Department.
